View Full Version : Betting on Madden
I know this is somewhat off subject, but it does have to do with madden. I live in maryland, and I hear that you cant bet on video games in this state or 10 others in the country. Is this taken pretty seriously, say if i went on gamer****** do they check that far into it. and if so, how do we get these bs laws changed?

You can try lying about ur address, i know a couple of people do that... as far as changing the law... speak to your local counsel man or somethin lol
If you do sign up on gamer******, make sure u create a paypal account. It takes a LONG time to receive ur money via check. I did that one time... it took 2 months and it came ripped up with a sorry note from the post office. im just glad it was only for 14 bucks.
LOL, yeah right now Im in Maryland and you can not. If they run an IP trace they will know regardless of what you put down. Now, if they go this far to check, I don't know. Im going to wait until I go back to Cali to hit up some Gamer******.
thanks dan, do the people you know get away with it, i mean like the guy posted after u said does the site really go as far as to check your ip address, or even see if what u put on the site matches the paypal account u register? i just figure the site wouldnt really care as long as the put the regulations on their site they cant get in trouble, plus theyre making 10% so i dont see why theyd really go to extremes to catch ppl lying about their address
