i have a qustion i get sacked all the time and my ol is in the 90s does any1 have any tips to help me prevent from being sacked so many times.

Do something with the rock. If I come across somebody not using nano's but get a lot of pressure anyway, I come out in single back 3wr. Then I motion and hot route my slot receiver where ever I need him. I use the TE and the HB to block. I also have an alternate read on which ever side the slot receiver is just in case they come out with a shallow zone and my blockers can keep the heat off for a second.
