theres no point to having someone start off at level 30. just because you might have been good in 07 doesnt mean anything for 08... they should start off fresh

they need to change it every year... nobody wants tohave to play 2,000 games just to make top ten, if you dont reset, the number 1 guy has a huge advantage to keep that spot....even if he doesnt deserve it.....
