How to make a good safety superstar

I made three of them in a row did ok on the 40, amazing at the bench press, and ok at the coverage drill, but each time he came out with 0 tackling 0!!! he also had 75 hit power which makes no sense

anyone know what im doing wrong....i must be missing something

Hm. I made a SS OVR 92 with no glitches.

I play on Gamecube, so there is no Challenges or anything. You just set the stats and try to balance them out. Doing just that, I ended up with OVR 92.
