gamestop hires the dumbest people i have ever heard..

i sold my 360 back (dumb mistake now im paying for it) first the guy doesnt plug it up to a TV so of course the red lights come on... he says it doesnt work.. do they train these guys. so i go and buy a refurb 360 like yesterday.... take it home the disc tray doesnt open.. (notice on the front of the used 360's they say "Gamestop refurbished back to original manufactuers quality" or something like that) last time i checked... microsoft may be crummy but their disc trays open.... i take it back this morning and get another one... i get home.. its christmas revisited... i go back.. the manager talks to me for half a second and leaves to go home like he couldnt help me with anything... the guy they have their seems brain dead (the same guy who didnt plug the 360 up to the television)...I get their dm's number now im waiting 4 a call....

u should have had him plug it up there just like they do u when u try to sell them something. p.s. next time fork over the extra 15 bucks and get the warranty

So i take my march madness 07 back to gamestop and the guy is clearly struggling to remove it from the case. he pulls really hard and cracks the game from the center to about 2 centimeters from the outside. not only does he break my favorite game, he claims he cant take it bc it is broken. i tell him to get me a new one or im taking one. he says no it was broken. i said how do you know your retarded @ss coulnt even take it out of the case (yes i said that word for word) then i ask to see the manager and this 17 year old kid claims to be the manager so i say(again word for word) thats some ****in great manager you got here. retarded @ss cant even take a game out of the case. so the so called manager hops over the counter and tries to push me out of the store so i push him back and knock over 3 new release racks on the way out, while also yelling to everyone in the store get out now before these retards break your sh!t. i saw like 20 people exit the store after that. i thought i did my job.

and yes i called their dm and got a brand new march madness 08 for FREE! haha
