New to the board, got a ???

So I haven't played a Madden really since 06 on PS2. I just got 09 for 360 last week and I'm a bit rusty.

I've made a Cover Corner S.S. with an OVR of 84 and my question is, how come my awareness is rated 88 but sometimes in games it decreases to a 70-75???

Any insight would be appreciated.

Hmm. Wow. I really don't know what the problem is...the only theory I have is that while simulating/playing practice, your stats could have decreased, because I know it was able to in Madden 08.

I always do my practices and get Max influence points...its strange, some games they stay where they normally are. Some games they decrease, and some games they increase.
