nfl street type of a game tho.. or just a league with enough small teams to not have depth but just starters... kinda like fantasy league..

but have every player thats ever been locked up and known as a badboy...

and have like the guards as the team to beat with a huge overall...

and have like made up teams with made up players based on cliques.. cholos, the brand (skin heads).. make it like m rated like blitz the league with a story line n all that...
