The other day I was playing a guy named MobxAlxCapon3 online, he had the Bengals and I had the Raiders. I believe he is a level 35 so some of you may know him. He was using this one play the entire game that I had a very hard time stopping. He came out in a Singleback Empty 5 WR formation. He would snap the ball, take one step back and then dart it to one of the five recievers. They would jump up and bring it down and get tackled immediately. He would do this from one end of the field to the other picking up 8 yards at a time. He only ran the ball a few times when he reached the endzone or when going for two. Needless to say I got stomped 78-58. I tried every play I could thing of to stop it, but nothing seemed to work.
After the game I made it my mission to find out what this play or strategy was so I could add it to my arsenal. I looked in the Bengal playbook and it doesn't have the SB Empty 5WR formation. I remembered the run formation was a Near Pro so I looked in the WCO, SEA, PHI playbooks. He was using the WCO playbook. The only play I saw where all of the recievers ran the same routes were the Hail Mary and All Curls. I went to the lab and tried them both. I narrowed it down to the Hail Mary. I have been working on this play trying to duplicate what he did and i've gotten it to work but not as good. Is there any trick to this bullet/streak pass to make it more successful. I used it yesterday with the SD playbook out of the Shotgun 4WR Hail Mary but I think he was doing something else to make it nearly ustoppable. I picked it off only once using a zone blitz but then he just threw to the other side.

That offense doesnt take much teaching, u run 5 wr empty and u pick hail mary. lol not much changing needed there
I was smashing that weak *** by 20 and he tried to off freeze me and he tried to offer me a free win on his DRE acct. The d to stop it is 3 deep man deep i think the name is the slot wr is man 3 deep zone and corners are in zone move db back and use de in coverage.

i do it all the time qucik streak high but only thing that can stop it is bump then safty user cover over top
Ya, I saw that post on another site... Ruler Rath did teach him that ****... its really f'n annoying, but there is a REALLY easy way to shut it down...

its only good when u pass alot and hot rout alot so they dont know when rout you are doing

I found it... its one of the zones in the 3-3-5 ... I think its a cover 3 but its a little bit different.. I can't remember the name of it...but he threw 4 str8 pics vs it.. right in a row and I took the lead 46-42... i ended up losing as he returned the ensuing kick for a gw td...but I know I got him pissed..and that is all that mattered to me

won't work vs it.... because he waits the one sec for whatever one of the guys beat the bump and high quick passes to the dude your not manually shading over to cover
the 335 zone i used is a funky looking zone that sort of rolls the middle hook zones to the strong side just a little...
it totally messed with his head
I know wat play your talking about 335 Cover 3 Flat where the left corner is in a flats zone.
I didnt try that.... but I'll keep it in mind... I used a standard 2 deep man under... with adjustments :D

WHAT OUT OF CLEV PLY BOOK YOU CAN DO IT IN ANY ITS A STREAK WITH TIMEING OR USER CATCHING EASY STUFF HARD TO STOP
Ive actually played a ton of ppl who use slots flats. There is a counter that shuts it down cold....but if they have a burner on the outside that can take advantage of that nasty outside streak....good luck. On a good not, sh1t is not going to be nearly as effective next year.

but you can only be 1 safety... the beauty of the play...is two guys at least will beat the bump with an inside move on opposite sides...so where ever you go with the safty he goes to the other side

yup lost a game today b/c a guy jet packed 5 wr the whole game and when he got close he ran gl.....lame
Cle book has nothin to do with it. Its in all pb's. And you cannot just user safety b/c if they're good they will hit any of the 5 wrs. NO one has good enough users to manually cover all 5 lol...
ANd ya AJ, there is a real easy counter but if they have a burner you' re life just got more difficult. Maybe you can user over the top of that but if they're smart they'll exploit you elsewhere...

i dont member playin u and i was up 42-10 i wouldnt blow that big of a lead honestly cuz i would run clock. but concede u know u couldnt really stop that 5 wide and i wanna rematch so i can prove it to u because that corny *** play u ran only worked becuz my guys kept droppin the ball.and for all of u who think i jetpack i really dont becuz jetpacking is risky.but it is funny watchin people get mad cuz they cant stop it.but it wont matter becuz when 08 comes out ill run my real offense again
gotta respect people who know how to run 5 wide well without the jetpack.
